Notifications

Notifications can be sent immediately, or can be scheduled for delivery at a later date and time.
Create predefined notifications, allowing for future notifications to be sent in as few as two mouse clicks!
Record notifications in your own voice, or type them into the system. For typed messages, powerful text-to-speech conversion technology is used, producing a clear and easily understood voice message.

ENS Member Data

Members may be assigned to specific groups for targeted calling, such as "George Washington Middle School," "EMTs", etc.
There is no limit to the number of groups a member may be assigned to.
Members may be allowed password protected access to the system to update their own data and calling preferences.

Data Import

Utilize your existing data and database. Support is provided for various database engines, including MySQL, SQLServer and Oracle.
Data can be imported into the ENS database, including E-911 data.

Reporting

Real-time status during ongoing notifications.
Review historical notifications.
Export data for statistical analysis.
